Day five already, say it ain’t so!

Today I chose one of the little pink packages, again it was all shiney;

They say that great things come in small packages, I would have to agree!

Pretty Bracelets

If you can read the note that comes with them, it says that Natalie hopes I like them, well I sure do! They are handmade as per the rules (that at least one item has to be hand made, I am lucky, I have had two with the card). One has a star on it, one has a star and two moons and the third is my favourite, a ball of yarn and a made with love charm!

Check these out;

Yarn Charm Bracelet

My favourite!

Sorry it’s a bit blurry, I’ll try and take another one tomorrow. But isn’t it brilliant?!

Pattern update: I have been through all of the shawl patterns on Ravelry, so need to weed out further now (I must have about 500 favourited…) and put some in my wish list, that is on this weekend’s to-do list.

Puff update: A beautiful burnt orange one, I just love this colour, it is so warm and bright yet cosy too;

Coming along quite nicely I think!

What about my own stalking package? Well I parcelled it all up;

and sent it on it’s merry way.

Unfortunately, when I got home I realised that the lady in the post office hadn’t given me one of those white customs stickers to fill in. I’m keeping everything crossed that it doesn’t all become unwrapped by customs on it’s way to my victim.

Off to do another puff now, more fun tomorrow!

  1. I’m glad you like them! I loved the ball of yarn charm, and what knitted item isn’t made with love?!

    I believe orange puff is also Zauberball (I quite like revealing what they are afterwards! I missed the first one, but that bright striped yarn was Regia)

  2. Voie de Vie says:

    Very sweet bracelets! I also love the orange tissue paper amid your happy, shiny wrappings on your swap packages. 🙂

  3. Vivianne says:

    The bracelets are very cute 🙂 And both of you have mad wrapping skillz 🙂

  4. I love the handmade aspect of this swap. It’s the bit that showcases the sender’s crafting skills. I especially like seeing what other crafts the fibre based bloggers can do. It’s nice to see a bit of bling!
